Chief Executive Officer
- Provides day-to-day leadership of the ministry in Jamaica
- Implements board-approved strategies, programs, and policies
- Oversees program development, staff management, and operations
- Reports regularly to the board on performance and needs
- Represents the ministry to community, donors, and partner
TROY HENRY
Education & Empowerment Coordinator
Leads all education and empowerment programs for adults, youth, and children.
SHANIQUE JOHNSON
Administrative Assistant
General administrative duties including bookkeeping.
ANTHONY deMERCADO
Maintenance & Construction Manager
Manages construction projects, infrastructure development, and general facility maintenance.
NIKERA DONALDSON
Receptionist/Clerical Assistant
Provides front desk and general administrative assistance.
